Here is the second half of the AOM for Spring Season.
Softball: 1.) Alisha Dickerson: Alisha has been lock down in the circle for us all season long. Her velocity and ability to hit spots is a huge reason for our success this season. She also has eclipsed a 100 strike outs in a season this year. 2.) Teagan Kosinski: Teagan currently leads our teams batting average batting .509, is our leading run scorer, and is second runs batted in. That coupled with her speed at the plate and in the field she is a force to be reckoned with. Her leadership and softball skills make her an integral part of our teams success. 3.) Sam Steadman: Sam currently has the second highest batting average on the team hitting .456 and is tied for first in slugging percentage at .930. She leads the team in runs batted in and her big bat along with her solid performances at first base have been clutch all season. 4.) Mattison Foster: Mattison’s skills behind the plate whether it be being a wall for pitcher Alisha Dickerson or keeping baserunners at bay with her arm are crucial to our team. She also carries one of the higher batting averages on the team and is second in runs batted in. 5.) Peyton Young: Peyton has had lock down performance after lockdown performance at 3rd base this season. She forces teams to really think when it comes to bunting and is a huge part of the successful throw downs from catcher Mattison Foster. Not to mention she is batting .411 on the season and is currently our second leading run scorer.
Baseball:
Congratulations to all of the athletes. Please see Mrs. Colligan for your certificate and T-shirt. |
