THE HOMECOMING DANCE IS SATURDAY FROM 8PM TO 11PM . TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR Presale tickets. Cost is $12 per person and can be purchased from Mrs. Welty BEFORE OR AFTER school and during Period X. Prices increase to $15 per person if bought at the door. This is a semi-formal dance so proper attire is required … NO JEANS AND NO HATS.
Listen up all you Hockey Fans…. On October 21st, the Sabres take on the Islanders at Key Bank Arena! We are planning to take a group of 25 students. This is a Saturday evening game – the bus will leave Portville around 4 pm and return to the school around Midnight. Anyone in grades 9-12 interested in going, please sign up in the high school main office. Seats are limited, so be sure to get your name on the list.

On Friday, Oct. 6th , we've planned a very cool adventure for 7-12 students. We're headed to Watkins Glen State Park to see the gorge & the falls, and then have lunch; after that, we'll head over to the Watkins Glen International Racetrack to preview some race car activity on the track! The modified Volleyball team improved to 5-0 last night with a win over Catt Little Valley. leading the way was Lilly Deck with 17 aces and 5 assists. Emily Scanlon had 6 aces and 3 kills. Holly McDivitt also had 5 aces.
"The girls' modified soccer team had a 2-1 double overtime victory versus Ellicottville. Lillyana Everitt had one goal and Anna Faulkner had the game winning golden goal. Nice work ladies!" |
