It is a “ B “  Day

As a reminder to all Student Council members from last year, we are meeting during Period X in the library on Tuesday. You are to bring a writing utensil, along with ideas for decorations, the DJ, yummy treats, and Spirit Week themes. It is imperative you are prepared for the meeting. Also, you are supposed to be checking messages on TEAMS like you would if it was a class. See you Tuesday!! 

 For any junior interested in taking the PSAT, signups are being held in the Guidance Office between now and October 2.  In order to sign up, you will need $18.00.  Please bring the exact amount as we do not have change.

Reminder to juniors and seniors:  If you are interested in taking the ASVAB on October 22, please sign up in the guidance office on or before October 7, 2024.  The test is free.

The Western New York College Consortium will be at PCS on September 26^th.  The presentation will be in the John Dubot’s Room at 11:00 AM.  Please be prompt.  All interested juniors and seniors are welcome to attend.

Yearbooks are currently on sale for the lowest price of the year!  Plus, if you personalize your book, you will receive four icons for free.  English teachers have flyers that show you ways to place your order.  This offer is good until Friday, September 27^th.  After this date, the price will increase. 

Now for your PCS SPORTS NEWS…

On Saturday the girls varsity soccer team beat Pine Valley/Gowanda 10 to 0. Grace Gariepy had her third straight hat trick, Ashley Carls had two goals, and Allie Bray, Ella Zeigler, Gianna Aloi, Mati Brotto, and Julia Layton scored one each. Lauren Lyle and Samantha Bray each had assists. Bella Morales didn't need to make any saves for the shutout. Portville heads to Randolph tomorrow.
