You are to bring a writing utensil, along with ideas for decorations, the DJ, yummy treats, and Spirit Week themes. It is imperative you are prepared for the meeting. Also, you are supposed to be checking messages on TEAMS like you would if it was a class. See you PERIOD X.
Attention all students and faculty! The Culture Club meeting is TODAY! Join us in Room 146 during Period X to begin planning fun events for the future. See Mr. Kicior or Mrs. Pascucci for a pass to attend ahead of time!
Any 11th or 12th grade student interested in attending the Alfred State College field trip, sign up outside your English or History classes. Deadline to sign up is October 7th. See Mrs. Pascucci with any questions.
For any junior interested in taking the PSAT, signups are being held in the Guidance Office between now and October 2. In order to sign up, you will need $18.00. Please bring the exact amount as we do not have change.
Reminder to juniors and seniors: If you are interested in taking the ASVAB on October 22, please sign up in the guidance office on or before October 7, 2024. The test is free.
The Western New York College Consortium will be at PCS THIS THURSDAY. The presentation will be in the John Dubot’s Room at 11:00 AM. Please be prompt. All interested juniors and seniors are welcome to attend.
Now for your PCS SPORTS NEWS… The modified volleyball team improved their record to 5-0 last night with a win over West Valley. Leading the way were Riley Work and Layla Hallock with 11 Aces and 3 kills. Brianna Painter and Kennedy Ewings each recorded 10 Aces as well. Nice job ladies.
Congratulations to the JV girls soccer team on their 1-0 victory over Allegany Limestone last evening. Quinn Scott had the lone goal while Sophia Miller had the shutout in goal.
The Boys Varsity soccer team defeated Ellicottville last night 2-0. Braedon Carter scored off a header on a corner kick from Colin German a few minutes into the second half. Then Garrett Reynolds added another. Chase Armstrong stopped a penalty kick to secure the shutout. Come support the boys as they face Randolph at home tomorrow at 4:30 in the battle of two undefeated teams. Great job boys!
