This is our last week before Christmas Vacation!  The Student Council Spirit Week theme for tomorrow is:

WINTER WONDERLAND WHITEOUT WEDNESDAY – Wishing for snow ?.... Wear WHITE from head to toe!

 

Gamer’s Club will be gathering this Thursday, December 19th, from 2:45 to 5:45 in the High School library.  For more information stop by the Technology Office, Room 210.

 

Reminder Culinary Clubbers, Culinary Club will meet TOMORROW.   Please make sure you are signed up if you are attending.

 

If you are interested in becoming a lifeguard, a class will be starting in January. Sign-ups are outside Mrs. Colligan's office.  More information will be provided after you sign up. Any questions, see Mrs. Colligan, Mr. Gnan or Mrs. Luce. 

 

This is a heads up for all students in Grades 9th through 12th:  Winter Weekend will be held the weekend of January 31st.  Crowning will be at halftime of the Boys Varsity basketball game on that Friday and the dance will take place on Saturday, February 1st from 8 – 11PM in the HS Gym. 

 

Attention 7th – 12th student – TRAP SIGNS UP ARE NOW GOING ON. PLEASE STOP IN THE HIGH SCHOOL MAIN OFFICE if interested in the TRAP CLUB.

 

NOW FOR YOUR PCS SPORTS:

The Boys Swim team opened their season with a loss to Section VI powerhouse Frewsburg 116-69.  Colt Matz swam to a 3rd place finish in the 100 Backstroke and was a member of the 2nd place 400 Free Relay.  Olean hosts Panama on Friday.

 

The Boys volleyball team defeated  Genesee Valley last night 3-0

Abe Cook led the Panthers with 14 Kills, 4 digs and 3 aces, Brady German added 17 digs, 4 kills, 3 aces while Chase Armstrong 6 kills , 4 aces and Vic Vena added 7 assists. 

Player of the match  Colin German ran the offense with  14 assists , 3 aces and 2 kills

The boys will host Bolivar-Richburg tonight with a 6:00 start time.
