Attention any junior or senior interested in being a part of the prom committee; our first meeting will be held Tuesday, January 21st during period X in the library.

 

Attention seniors! There will be a meeting at the start of 2nd period this Friday in the auditorium! It is important that you attend, we have a lot to discuss!

REMINDER to all students in Grades 9th through 12th:  Winter Weekend will be held the weekend of January 31st.  Crowning will be at halftime of the Boys Varsity basketball game on that Friday and the dance will take place on Saturday, February 1st from 8 – 11PM in the HS Gym. 

 This is a reminder message to National Honor Society students looking for volunteer hours… Sports Boosters needs some student volunteers to work the concession stand this weekend, January 18 & 19 at the PCS Youth Wrestling Tournament. If you are interested, please see Mrs. Kosinski or sign-up outside her door.

Attention students ages 13-18! The Circus is coming to town, and we have a special offer for you! Stop into the main office to purchase a $5 dollar presale ticket. The circus will be held January 25th at 6PM; don’t miss out!

Students – Mr. Welty is reminding all students that you have to arrive to the Breakfast Pause EARLY to get food and drinks – in order to be on time to your 1st period class.  AGAIN, Students…. please make sure you go to the PAUSE early enough so that you arrive to your 1st period class ON TIME.

 

NOW FOR YOUR PCS SPORTS NEWS:  

The boys volleyball team defeated Bolivar-Richburg 25-11, 25-23 & 25-15

Collin German ran the offense with 23 assists , 4 aces while Parker Keim  added 4 digs , 2 aces, 3 kills. Max Prep CO-Players of the match Brady German had 9 kills, 10 aces, 14 digs and Abe Cook 10 kills, & 10 digs. The team is now 7 & 0 on the season and will play at Cuba-Rushford on Friday at 6:00. 

  The 7th grade boys lost a close one to Allegany last night 41-34.  Jagger Hendrickson led the way with 18 points.  John Gray chipped in 10 points.  It’s official!  John Gray can go to the basket and the opposition can’t stop him. 

 The 8th grade boys lost a close one to Allegany also.29-26.  Keatyn Fisher led the way underneath with 8 points and some clutch rebounds.  Rex Horsly added 10 points to the effort.  Carter McFall opened up 3 point land with a couple trays.   Great job guys!  See you at practice today after school.
