There will be a Varsity Track and Field meeting right after school on Thursday, February 13th in the lecture hall. Any athlete that is interested in joining Track and Field please attend the meeting for some fun and new updates/information on the 2025 season. The meeting should be less than 15 minutes. A SPORTS announcement that was missed yesterday was: The boys 7th grade modified beat Ellicottville last night 24 to 18. Marty Leone led the way offensively with 8 points and a solid handle on the basketball at the end of the game. Sebastion Buckner chipped in 6 points and had some big rebounds. Tyler Young also contributed 4 points to the effort.
And The 8th grade boys lost in overtime to Ellicottville 24-17. Keatyn Fisher and Carter McFall led the way with 4 points a piece. Cam Kremer had an excellent defensive effort. Both teams great job!!!
Congratulations to the JV girls basketball team on their 13th win last evening over Frewsburg. The ladies have won 10 of their last 12 games and look to finish the season strong with just two weeks remaining. If you see any of the following incredible student athletes in the hallway, tell them to keep up the fantastic work: Ella Ziegler, Lauren Lyle, Peyton Rogers, Sophia Milligan, Sophia Miller, Kay Mae Elliott, Arianna Whittaker, Izz Snyder, Ana Haynes, Ava Scanlon, Emily Scanlon, and birthday girl- Quinn Scott .
