Please STAND for the Pledge of Allegiance:
"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
PLEASE REMAIN STANDING FOR THIS SPECIAL 9/11 Announcement
I would like all of us to take a moment to recall the events of September 11th.
Tomorrow will be the 20th anniversary of 9/11. On September 11, 2001 beginning at 8:46 am, a series of terrorist attacks destroyed the twin towers of the World Trade Center, and severely damaged the Pentagon.
Commercial airliners were hijacked and flown directly into the three buildings. United Airlines Flight 93 also crashed in Pennsylvania. Due to the attacks on 9/11 close to 3,000 lives were lost. On this day we remember our fallen American heroes who tragically died as a result of these attacks. I ask all of you to observe a moment of silence at this time in their honor.
Thank you and let us continue to show support and honor our fallen.
