TODAY IS… Friday, December 3rd, 2021 It is a “ D ” Day
Auditions for the Drama Club’s Spring musical – Mary Poppins Jr. will be held on Tuesday, December 7th afterschool. You must prepare for the auditions.
On Monday, December 6th, the Senior class will be having a HAT DAY. Cost is $1. Seniors will be traveling to each classroom in the morning to collect funds and give you a ticket. If your class is missed or you come in late, you can see Mrs. Welty for a ticket. In conjunction with HAT DAY, let’s all wear RED, WHITE, & BLUE in support of the BUFFALO BILLS having a Monday night football game that day. If you aren’t a Bills fan, feel free to represent your favorite team instead.
The Portville basketball teams open their season tonight as part of the ACE Tournament. The Lady Panthers will take on Pioneer at 6PM and the Boys will go up against North Collins immediately after. Cost for games is $2 for students and $3 for adults. It would be great if students came to support both teams. Saturday’s game times will be 11AM or 2PM for the girls and 12:30PM or 4PM for the boys. Times all depend on the outcomes from Friday.
The girls 7th grade modified team won vs Olean 24-10. Ella Ziegler led the team with 10 points. Addison Isaman and Lauren Lyle added 6 each. Al Stuck added 2 points.
The girls 8th grade modified team won vs Olean 35-12. Madison Ford led the team with 17 points. Bella Morales had 8 points, Alexa Schoonover 6 points and Maddy Faulkner added 2 points. Nice work girls! |
