Sign-up sheets are hanging on the bulletin board outside Coach Welty’s room in the Math wing for ALL Winter Athletes….this includes Girls Basketball at all levels, Boys Basketball for the JV & Varsity level, and Wrestling for both Modified & Varsity. If you intend on participating in any of the programs, get your name on the lists. If you need to have a physical, please see our Nurse, Mrs. Kent, ASAP as those will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd. The Panther Volleyball team went undefeated on Saturday at the Horseheads tournament. Defeating Cicero out of Syracuse, Chariho out of Rhode Island, Windsor, Owego, Burnt Hills and Baldwinsville for the championship.
Tori Unverdorben led the team with 41 kills, 39 digs & 5 aces Lillian Bentley added 26 kills, 3 aces, 6 blocks Ava Haynes 21 kills, 28 digs, 9 aces Jillian stebbins tan the offense with 80 assists, 24 aces and 13 digs Mia Rhinehart 23 digs and 11 aces Natalie Maurer 9 blocks, 5 kills Sam steadman 13 kills. The Panthers finish 37 & 2 including all tournament play. They will host Our Lady of Mercy this evening at 6:00. |
