The PCS Drama Club presents "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" on November 17th, 18th, and 19th. Tickets are on sale now online or by stopping into Mrs. Maxson's room 120. Be there to see the Headless Horseman ride again! 

  

Attention all students and teachers: it's November which means it's time for the NHS canned food drive. Please bring in your donation of non-perishable food items to teachers' classrooms from now until Friday November 18. Every item helps a family in need. The Portville food pantry relies heavily on donations from this food drive to help our neighbors. Thank you for your support.

 

For those interested in trying out for JV or Varsity Girls Basketball, there will be an OPEN GYM tomorrow (that is Wednesday!) from 6 to 7:30PM in the North Gym.  Any questions, please see Coach Welty.

 

The Panther volleyball team takes the sectional championship against Eden ….25-19, 26-24, 23-25, 25-9  to move on to the Farwest Regionals on Friday at Hamburg for a 4:00 match. 

Tori Unverdorben led the panthers with 11 kills, 2 aces, 25 digs and takes the PCS all time career leader in digs. Ava Haynes added 14 kills, 6 aces and 15 digs, Lillian Bently 12 kills, Sam Steadman with 7 kills 2 blocks and one huge block to end the match. Jillian Stebbins ran the offense with 42 assists and surpassed 1000 career assists. 

The volleyball program would like to thank all of their fans who supported them especially those who took the spectator bus. 

 

The girls volleyball team would like to thank all of the students , teachers and fans that attended the game last night.  You were the real MVP's.  and YES there will be a spectator bus for Friday!!  Details to follow tomorrow.

 

Another Special Announcement from Athletic Department….

 

Congratulations to the Second half of our Athletes of the month for the month of October. 

Football:

Hayden Emley: Did a fantastic job all season at the center position. Defensively, he became a pass rushing threat with 2 sacks in the month of October.

 

Maxx DeYoe: Ended the season 3rd on the team in tackles as a sophomore with 46.

 

Kaedon Holcomb: Ended the year with 826 yards rushing and 12 touchdowns.

 

Bryan Randolph: Since October Bryan made 18 or 19 point after attempts. He also made an unofficial school record 42 yard field goal in the sectional semi-final game.

 

Cheerleading: 

Alisha Dickerson

This cheerleader comes to practice ready to work. She always gives it her all. She's willing to help others and is determined to make her team the best. Her love and dedication for cheer shoes with the smiler on her race.  This cheerleader has many roles on the team. She can base, back or fly when given the challenge.  Without any question, she's a force on the mats.
