 **NYS REQUIRED Physicals Forms need to be filled out prior to physical.  

Forms are available in the HS main office and on school website under Athletics -> FORMS ***PARENTS MUST SIGN THE FORM**** 

All practices start August 18th

 NYS Athletic Placement Process (the test to play JV/Varsity for 7th/8th graders) will be given on Friday, August 8th at 11am in the HS GYM.

Proper paperwork and permission is needed to take test
